What is AcessPoint AI?
At AccessPoint AI, we believe that technology should empower people to connect, learn, and grow in new and exciting ways. That’s why we are dedicated to developing innovative solutions in the fields of real-time interactive experiences and 3D applications.
Who or What is Aimee?

Aimee is a new application that takes conversation with a Large Language Model to a whole new level. By combining advanced speech recognition technology with AI-generated responses, users can engage in conversations with highly intelligent virtual avatars in realtime, using natural language processing to generate responses that feel authentic and human-like.

You can configure and deploy an intelligent digital human with a few clicks.

How can my employees or customers interact with Aimee?
Aimee is using a technology called Pixel Streaming. You can use Aimee on any internet-capable device. The application is streamed to a browser, so you can use it on mobile devices, tablets, computers or digital signage screens.
What is a project?
A project includes all the settings for the deployment of a single custom AI that you create, e.g. Avatar, language and instructions. You can have as many projects in your account as you like. You start with one always-free project for testing purposes.
Which languages are supported?
We currently support 11 languages: English (US & UK), German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Japanese, Chinese, Korean.
Can I upload my own dataset?
This feature is currently in the works and not available yet. However, you can include a reasonable amount of data directly in the prompt. The prompt length will also occupy the context window, so limiting the prompt to a maximum of about 1-2 standard pages is advisable.
What can I use it for?

The use cases for an intelligent digital human are almost endless. Here are just a few suggestions:

#1: Sales representative

Don’t let your customers get lost in the fine print, product factsheets or FAQ. Let AIMEE answer their questions about your products or services in detail, at any time.

#2: Tour guide

Don’t let your customers stumble through your city, exhibition or place of interest on their own. Let AIMEE offer guided, interactive and memorable tours, highlighting important facts and/or telling anecdotes.

#3: Bespoke (employee) coach

Don’t waste your money on training books, courses or tutors that don’t fit. Let AIMEE coach you and/or your employees in an interactive and engaging format as an unprejudiced and objective trainer.

#4: Gate to ancient history

Don’t comb through the internet for hours to learn details about historical persons. Let AIMEE switch places with Abraham Lincoln, Queen Nefertiti of Egypt and many more, and simply ask them your questions or their thoughts on today’s politics.

#5: Affectionate companion

Don’t let your clients, e.g. elderly or people in need of emotional support, feel lonesome. Let AIMEE accompany them, talk to them, offer help and assistance.

#6: Your custom assistant

None of these use cases fits your business? Adapt AIMEE to meet your individual requirements. You are the engineer and the limit is only your imagination.

I don’t want to use Aimee any more. Can I cancel my purchase?
A purchase is non-refundable. You can cancel your purchase at any time, but the termination of the contract will take effect after the billing period has ended. If you wish do downgrade your project (e.g. from Business Plus to Business), please contact us.
Can I upload my own custom avatar?
You cannot upload your own avatar, but if you have a custom Metahuman avatar at hand, that you want to use or you want us to create a custom one for you, feel free to contact us. We are happy to support with this.
Can I use my own custom large language model (LLM)?
Not out of the box, but if your LLM is reachable via an API, we can discuss a custom setup for your application. Just message us.
How is the total runtime of my project calculated?
The runtime starts counting as soon as someone starts a conversation with your Avatar by clicking on the “Start conversation” Button. It stops when the respective browser tab is closed or the user stays inactive for at least 45 seconds.
What if I use more time than my plan permits?
Your project will still keep running even after the allotted time has expired. You will automatically be charged at the end of the month for the additional time you used. You can check the used and available time in your project overview in the admin panel and depending on your profile settings, we will send you an email when your run time is close to running out. The used runtime is reset to 0 every month. Check the tooltip in the admin panel for the exact time, when the next reset occurs.
